seeing stars

‘tis the season of productivity (in my world at least) so here’s the third sublime in as many weeks:

light through leaves, mushroom hunting with anna, shadow play, gingko decoration by Lora Avedian, compost, commitment and conkers

a beauty of a book, next on my making list is the gingerbread. highly recommend visiting Elliott’s (Edinburgh) too

this teddy bear (I think) sunflower seems to get fluffier every day

Miniature light sculptures are now available in my shop in a variety of shapes and sizes. I couldn’t choose between the light-pooling komorebi experiments or the investigations into how the sun weaves through shoreline debris so I decided to make both… There are very limited numbers and each one is unique and made by me.

You will also find a teaser for the next of my printed publications. constellations is a celebration of the season and an ode to mushy apples and murky colours. It is available for pre order (ending on 13th November) and will be posted out to their new homes in early December. Keen eyes will also notice that I have opened up the language of shadows for a third (!) printing at the same time.
